Trail Tails Studio currently ships within Canada only.

Processing and delivery

Products are fulfilled by our Canadian supplier partners. Suppliers generally create a shipping label within two business days, but processing and transit times vary by product, destination and carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Available shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the lowest-cost eligible rate supplied by our fulfilment partners. The final rate depends on the products in your cart and the delivery address.

Multiple shipments

Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers. As a result, one order can arrive in more than one package, with separate tracking numbers and delivery dates. The shipping amount shown at checkout reflects the available rates for the order.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when each supplier ships its portion of the order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after the label is created.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected or an order needs to be cancelled. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been sent to a supplier for fulfilment or after a shipping label has been created.

Delays or missing packages

Carrier delays, weather and remote-area delivery can affect arrival dates. If tracking has not updated for several business days or a package appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the supplier.
